Powerful Questions

One Powerful Question!

WOW!  Have you ever been asked a question that literally changed your life in a split second?  This just happened to me a couple weeks ago; I was sitting in a room with about 83 strangers when the question was asked.  Immediately I felt a bit uncomfortable; as if my subconscience was wrestling with this question for some reason.  I tried letting it go in one-ear-and-out-the-other, but my mind would not let it go.

I found myself pondering this question for the next few hours and after a very honest conversation with my wife and even a few strangers, it all came to me.

This was no ordinary question; it had instantly impacted my life unlike anything ever experienced before.  In fact it had in a blink of an eye forever changed the way I think about everything; it literally changed the way I live my life and the way I interact with others.

So by now you are probably thinking, ok all ready what is the flipping question………. Before I ask you the question I challenge you to really take this question on and to really answer it honestly.  Apply it to all areas of your life. 

Are you committed or are you just interested?

What I realized was that I had been extremely excited and interested in many areas, but I had not been committed to anything.  Which explains the mediocre results achieved and the state of complacency I have been living the past few years.
