What have you done for me lately?

When I was working as a Realtor I continuously asked myself, “what has my broker done for me lately?”

The answer was almost always nothing of great value.  Certainly nothing that was genuinely in my best interest.

This is exactly why I have built Dream Design Realty, to provide consistent value to Realtors.  In 2008 our company became a virtual company for several reasons, some of which included:

• Increasing our Realtors commission to 100%
• Eliminating their need to drive to/from an office each day, saving hundreds of dollars in gas money
• Saving them the parking headaches that come with working downtown
• Eliminating the distraction of sitting in the office with busyness instead of business

In 2009 we have created three very important strategic partnerships to add more value to our Realtors bottom line:

• Go Paperless allows our agents to streamline the transaction paperwork and save hundreds of dollars in TC fees, paper, toner, fax bills, etc…
• RE Coaching Company provides all of our agents with a 6-12 week CORE Real Estate Training
• Elle Schaeffer – Virtual Marketing Assistant to manage all your Realtor marketing activities

We are also in process of finalizing a partnership with web designers to develop “lead generating sites” exclusively for each of our agents.  Additionally we are working on a partnership with top notch online marketers to help you increase the amount of leads you are getting with your online efforts.
