Bankers Hill, San Diego is an urban neighborhood located in Midtown San Diego just south of Mission Hills and Hillcrest and north of Downtown from the I-5. “Park West” is a primarily residential with many new condominium projects in progress. Residents located further west of Bankers Hill have spectacular views of Downtown, Coronado, Harbor Islands, Mt. Soledad, and are just blocks away from some of the greatest hot spots in San Diego.

The charming neighborhood of Bankers Hill apartments and homes is centrally located with convenient access to both I-5 and SR-163.  It hosts several new condominiums and many small businesses such as law firms, dentist offices and real estate offices. The residential streets were once an early upscale neighborhood with Victorian and Craftsman homes. Now, many these structures have been converted into small business institutions while maintaining their appearances. Some of the Bankers Hill homes were restored to their original perfection and still cherish their antique characteristics.
